WWE 13
I know usually when I come on here, I tend to talk about myself or bury someone I don’t like but despite how awesome I am and thanks to a special deal that has been made, I am here today to talk about WWE 13.
Some of you may have been keeping track of the updates about the game via THQ, IGN, a number of other game related sources or on the What’s Wrong With Wrestling facebook page but for those of you who haven’t been keeping track, I thought I would bring you up to speed.
The Roster
The roster this year has been split up into two parts: RAW and Sm… Yeah, we know they don’t do that anymore, the two rosters are: Modern and Attitude Era. Yes my friends, the greatest era of WWF/WWE has been brought back to life via the all new WWE 13 video game.
The modern roster is made up of:
Alberto Del Rio
Alicia Fox
Beth Phoenix
The Big Show
Booker T
Brock Lesnar
Brodus Clay – The entrance DOES include the dancers
The Bella Twins
Christian
CM Punk
Chris Jericho
Cody Rhodes
Daniel Bryan – The sad thing is he does NOT shout YES on the way to the ring, he lips YES but does not shout it. You would think if they can have Mr Kennedy…. Kennedy do his own introduction for two games, they can have Daniel Bryan say one little three letter word over and over?
David Otunga
Dolph Ziggler
Edge
Epico and Primo – But no Rosa Mendes so I am pretty sure no one cares. Just kidding, I think I am the only one who thinks Primo has a future picking up where Carlito left off.
Eve
The Great Khali
Heath Slater
Hunico – Unfortunately riding his own bike to the ring
Jack Swagger
JBL
Jinder Mahal
John Cena
John Laurinaitis – It is unclear as to whether he is playable or a non playable manager
Justin Gabriel
Kane
Kelly Kelly
Kevin Nash
Kharma – Really? Really! She only appeared like 4 times LAST YEAR
Kofi Kingston
Lita – The WWE Games Youtube has branded her “Rated R” Lita so I am guessing she is supposed to be Lita from when she was Edge’s girlfriend.
Mark Henry
The Miz – The guy who should have been on the cover every year since he was WWE Champion!
R-Truth – Little Jimmy will be available as DLC… Yes, I am joking.
Randy Orton
Rey Mysterio
The Rock
Santino Marella
Sheamus
Sin Cara
Ted Dibiase – Yes, Im asking why too.
Triple H
The Undertaker – He does indeed have his new haircut.
Wade Barrett
Zack Ryder
Attitude:
Acolytes
Big Bossman
Big Show Paul Wight
Bret The Hitman Hart
British Bulldog
Cactus Jack
Chris Jericho Y2J
Dude Love
Edge and Christian
Eddie Guerrero
The Godfather – The ho’s are included
Hunter Hearst Helmsley – The man The Ultimate Warrior squashed at Wrestlemania is in.
John Cena – Yes I know he wasn’t around in the attitude era. He is the 2004 “Dr of Thuganomics” John Cena.
Kane
Ken Shamrock
Lita
L.O.D
Mankind
Mark Henry – From the Nation of Domination, not Sexual Chocolate.
Mike Tyson – Personally, I don’t see the hype in making him an in game character, I undertstand having him in for the objective based story mode {I just love saying objective based story mode to piss Nathan off.}
Mr Mcmahon
The New Age Outlaws
Shane Mcmahon
Shawn Michaels
Stephanie Mcmahon
Stone Cold Steve Austin
The Rock
Triple H of DX
Trish Stratus
Undertaker
Vader
X-Pac
Downloadable Content
Modern:
AJ Lee
Antonio Cesaro
Dameon Sandow
Drew Mcintyre
Layla
Natalya
Ryback
Tensai
The Uso’s
Yoshi Tatsu
Attitude Era:
Brian Pillman
Chainsaw Charlie
DDP
Gangrel
Goldust
Rikishi
Too Cool
Val Venis
The only problem I have with the DLC is having someone like Natalya or Yoshi Tatsu, who have done absolutely nothing this year yet The Primetime Players are NOT included as DLC.
Playable managers:
Ricardo Rodriguez
Paul Bearer
I have no complaints about the roster, usually there are massive flaws in the roster with quite a few stars missing and guys/girls in who you really scratch your head as to why they are in. They have only done that for one or two this year thankfully. I will continue the coverage of the game on here and on www.facebook.com/whatswrongwithwrestling and on Whats Wrong With Wrestling every Friday throughout the month of October.
