I don’t really write a ton on here. I keep trying to come up with ideas for a show and they are not working. So I have been waiting for perfect idea to hit me. Brady is the man and lets me stay on here and I thank him for that.

I just wanted to say RIP Randy Savage. Easily my favorite wrestler of all time. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Just got to watch the speech. I really liked it and  want to see what he does on SmackDown.

It has been pretty difficult for me to watch wrestling for the past 2 months now. With the change over to entertainment and that nonsense, along with the horrific garbage that is going on in TNA, I haven’t been able to do it. Sure I tuned in when The Rock was on, but dude, it’s The Rock.

Last night I turned it on to hear Wade Barrett complaining about The Corre, when Santino came out and created APPLE. When Cole said that this was going to be the pits, I admit, I started laughing, but changed the channel. Its not that I don’t love wrestling anymore, I do. It is my favorite thing. To me, it is just heartbreaking to watch something with so much potential, come out awful. I’ll just use WWE as an example. The amount of time they take away from the show to play recaps and movie premieres, and toot-your-own-horn did-you-know-facts, I just can’t do it. I can DVR it and fast forward to bits and pieces. But it literally hurts my brain to watch a full two hours and seven minutes, which translates to less than an hour and twenty minutes of new material? (just guessing)

Disclaimer: So I have wanted to do this for years. Compile a list of wrestlers that I really enjoy watching, but never made it to the dance, or didn’t really get pushed, or whatever. This is not a list of the best, most underrated, or anything like that. These are completely my opinions and are in no particular order.

10. Human Tornado

He's a HUMAN TORNADO!!

First off, I know he is retired, but really, what is retired in wrestling. The guy is only 27. Human Tornado is one of my favorite independent wrestlers. So many wrestlers have, “The Pimp” gimmick, but Tornado lives it when he is the ring. He has an old school look to him with his high waist pin striped suit. Not to mention his rocking afro. I personally think that HT has the charisma to get over in the mainstream arena. He is also tall, standing at 6’3.

He also has one of my favorite move sets of all time. In the 80’s wrestlers like The Samoans and George Steele couldn’t have their heads hurt. Well Tornado has balls of steel. He also uses a backhand pimp slap which is magical. My favorite though, is his dancing kicks in the corner. (All of these can be seen in the video below. Pay close attention to the ref during those kicks)

Anyway, check out the video below if you are unfamiliar with HT or want to see awesomeness in action. If you like him and want to see an awesome match with him, check out, “The Best of PWG Vol 1.” There is a no rules title match with Joey Ryan that is real fun and entertaining.

Is this disrespectful to Yokozuna?

It has been less than 24 hours since Nicole “Fat Shi…. Snookie” Polizzi said she was wrestling at Wrestlemania. Working with the wrestling business has caused everyone to ask what I think of the situation. Well, it really isn’t that hard to figure out what I think, but if you really want to know… please continue.
Wrestlemania is compared to the Superbowl in terms of wrestling events. It is the end all be all of wrestling. Workers want more than anything to wrestle at that event. Now you throw a reality star into the mix and literally spit on wrestling fans. Yeah, they did it before with Lawrence Taylor, but he was an athlete right?
Snooki being on the card bothers me on so many levels. Let’s first talk about her star power. Could you really argue that Snooki hasn’t been a bigger star than The Rock in the past two years? You can’t, because it’s true. But what happened when Snooki came to the ring last night? She was half booed and half cheered. Think about what happened when The Great One came back. The ovation went on for 3-5 minutes. The next question is why was she booed and The Brahma Bull cheered. Well it is really quite simple. Wrestling fans attend wrestling events. Wrestling fans don’t watch wrestling for the same reasons that people watch the “Jersey Shore.” Wrestling fans want entertainment and Shore fans want to feel better about their lives.
