TBH.com is proud to announce tonight’s debut of THE Sports Show, with IN THE ROOM‘s DJ, Derrick McDonald, and Mr. Akbaz. Be sure to check back tonight at 9:30 PM EST for all things NFL, college, NHL, and NBA, plus so much more.

Several of the shows syndicated on TBH.com are up for year-end awards through the Wrestling Radio Awards. This is quite great news considering (a) some of the top podcasts and programs on the Internet are also nominated, and (b) we here at TBH.com have had no interaction with this group at all.

So, we here at the site are obviously honored. Be sure to show your love for our great shows by voting here!

The Matt Hardy hearing for pre trial violation of court order was continued until 12/21. As we noted last night, Hardy posted bond and was released from Moore County Detention Center after spending 10 days incarcerated. His attorney, James Van Camp, the same attorney who recently defended brother Jeff Hardy against felony drug charges, filed a motion for a bond reduction from $1 million to $100,000.  The judge allowed the motion. As a condition of his release Hardy was ordered to go directly to a rehab facility to complete substance abuse treatment.

The State of Florida formally charged Travis Tomko with robbery by sudden snatching on 11/22. Former WWE and TNA wrestler Tomko was arrested on 10/11, after allegedly robbing 210 tablets of Oxycodone from a CVS Pharmacy in St. Augustine, FL. He was later found at a nearby Chili’s restaurant restroom, where he informed police officers that he had injected 178 crushed down pills. The day of his arrest Tomko and wife Michelle had received a foreclosure notice and were to be evicted from their home amid financial difficulties. He’s currently completing a WWE-sponsored substance abuse program. He is due to be arraigned in March.

After receiving the following letter in our offices this morning, we here at TBH.com have decided to lift the suspensions of DJ, Kevin McElvaney, and Young John, as well as the termination of Harry Barnett. All are free to record and post as they wish.

Mr. Timothy Graham, Attorney at Law
XXXXXXXX
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Dear Mr. Hicks:

I am writing you at the behest of several of my clients whose contracts with thebradyhicks.com have been suspended and/or terminated this week. I am writing to ask you to reinstate their status as current members of the community on thebradyhicks.com, with full rights for posting content to the site at their own discretion. According to the terms of their contracts, which state they shall each “have total and complete freedom over their posts, audio content, video content, and any and all content presented therein,” TBH.com performers DJ (Donald Joseph), Kevin McElvaney, and Young John (John DeCillio) did nothing to receive any sort of punishment as relates to their status on this site. As relates to Harry Barnett, he did nothing outside of the terms of his own contract, as well, to warrant a suspension.

Should you choose to consider pursuing legal action against Mr. Barnett for his actions of this past week, that is an entirely different matter and you are welcome to stop by my office to discuss your options.

As the official lawyer for IN THE ROOM as well as for all of the staff members of TBH.com, please understand it is my duty to look after all members of this community.

Sincerely,

Mr. Timothy Graham

HAHAHAHAHA. I HACKED YOU BRADY. JUST WAIT AND SEE WHAT ELSE I WILL DO.

I was feeling nice today and decided that I would give Brady Hicks a warning of when I will hit his website. I will be a guest on Bowling Shoe Handsome this week and I will explain my side of this entire story!

November 9, 2011, Philadelphia, PA–TBH.com and IN THE ROOM co-host DJ (Donald Joseph) has been suspended for 30 days for a violation of site policy. He will not be permitted to co-host IN THE ROOM or make any posts on the site for a period of 30 days.

Brady is at the Philadelphia Eagles – Chicago Bears game in South Philly. Be sure to join Brady Hicks and co tomorrow night at 10 PM EST for a LIVE, Tuesday night IN THE ROOM.
