This week on WWE Smackdown, Wade Barrett secures his place in history by winning the Intercontinental title for the first time. In fact, Wade Barrett has never won any championship belt since joining the main roster and becoming the first NXT winner.

Harry Barnett poses the question what is wrong with the wrestling business? Listening to his show will provide you with many flaws in the industry today. However, there are problems that exist is every wrestling company today, some of these are unique to each specific company, others are problems they share. While many people feel TNA does a poor job of making stars, WWE is guilty of the very same thing. The original Nexus gave off a feeling of a possible youth movement in WWE, this would never come to pass. Nobody is this group has amounted to anything substantial, this includes Wade Barrett. CM Punk has done a poor job of building up members of the new Nexus, most of these guys have now been written off of the show.

Never can I recall a more wayward period just before Wrestlemania for WWE. There is simply big matches in the works and we are on the heels of the Royal Rumble 2011! This seems to be a very unpredictable Wrestlemania on the horizon.
Thus I decided to create a top 10 list of what I would like to see at Wrestlemania 27 this year. It’s very doubtful that WWE and the McMahons would do a number of these tasks (these are not predictions) but I did try to remain a bit on the reality side of things.
It’s late where I am and without further ado, here is what I would love to see at Wrestlemania 27:

On the POINT of Wrestling
A lot of the fans are jaded fans and I don’t blame them. At its most basic, wrestling is about seeing who would win a match and who the better man is. That’s why fans watch wrestling in the first place.
On Working with Tommy Dreamer
It was surreal. Very, very surreal. I remember going to the ECW Arena as a kid. Tommy was a huge inspiration for me. ECW itself was an inspiration. Those guys are who they are. They’re not “characters” … they’re themselves.
On CHIKARA
Mike Quackenbush put a lot of faith in me. He told me to go out there and just be me. I owe him so much for helping train me and allowing me to do what I do.
On TNA’s ECW Revival
I’m just happy that some of the ECW guys have jobs. I’m not going to knock it.
On the Daniel Bryan Fiasco
I hope he gets back there. I was realy into watching him on TV. Bryan, Low-Ki, and Homicide actually were all very influential to me. As a kid from the street I’m very proud to see them where they are, because they came from where I came from.
