Legal Letter Posted; Suspensions, Termination Lifted

After receiving the following letter in our offices this morning, we here at TBH.com have decided to lift the suspensions of DJ, Kevin McElvaney, and Young John, as well as the termination of Harry Barnett. All are free to record and post as they wish.

Mr. Timothy Graham, Attorney at Law
XXXXXXXX
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Dear Mr. Hicks:

I am writing you at the behest of several of my clients whose contracts with thebradyhicks.com have been suspended and/or terminated this week. I am writing to ask you to reinstate their status as current members of the community on thebradyhicks.com, with full rights for posting content to the site at their own discretion. According to the terms of their contracts, which state they shall each “have total and complete freedom over their posts, audio content, video content, and any and all content presented therein,” TBH.com performers DJ (Donald Joseph), Kevin McElvaney, and Young John (John DeCillio) did nothing to receive any sort of punishment as relates to their status on this site. As relates to Harry Barnett, he did nothing outside of the terms of his own contract, as well, to warrant a suspension.

Should you choose to consider pursuing legal action against Mr. Barnett for his actions of this past week, that is an entirely different matter and you are welcome to stop by my office to discuss your options.

As the official lawyer for IN THE ROOM as well as for all of the staff members of TBH.com, please understand it is my duty to look after all members of this community.

Sincerely,

Mr. Timothy Graham

I’m glad to be legally reinstated, but this whole thing was pretty ridiculous. None of us need to be censoring ourselves on here. We are all entitled to our opinions.

It’s funny that these guys harp on WWE and TNA story lines so much, but then they put out this ridiculous garbage “story line” that nobody believed from the get-go. Guys give it up.

i thought it was very creative, and wwe and tna has nothing interesting going on anyways. the turning point ppv was held at the dump zone in orlando what happened with the spot they wrestle in macon, georgia was it already booked previously for a kkk meeting. tna is a fucken hillbilly shit company, and wwe has so much money producing shit there unstoppable.

Actually last week’s Akbaz show was the all time worst. Zero production value.
    This is a real shoot.
